Return Policy

Most products purchased may be returned within 10 days of shipping for a refund, less the actual shipping charges and up to a 25% restocking fee. Any return must be in new, unused condition, and contain all original packaging, tags, paperwork, manuals, and accessories to ensure credit. The item must be in resalable condition unless it arrived damaged or defective (See damaged or defective products). If the item has been worn or washed, used, or has been customized in any way please email us to request a return and the reason for the return. Depending on the nature of the return, the return may or may not be accepted and/or an increased service charge may be applied to your return. The buyer is responsible for a returned item’s shipping costs and safe arrival. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements. All returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by customer service. Any returns that are received are not in resalable condition and/or do not have an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, risk product forfeiture. Some items included but not limited to clearance items, may not be returned and we reserve the right to deny any return for any reason. Authorized returns received by the Returns Department may take up to 10 business days to be refunded. When contacting us with any return request make sure to include the order number and buyer contact information.

Mailing Return Items: Please return the item(s) via a traceable or insured method to prevent the package from being lost in the mail. We are not liable or responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

International Returns: Due to the long shipping times and cost of international shipping, orders outside the US and Canada are nonrefundable.

Items with free shipping- Any item(s) that are listed with free shipping apply to the Contiguous US only. Shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, APO's, FPO's, etc. may be subject to additional shipping charges. You may contact us prior to purchase with any questions. Also for inherent additional charges, ( such as a purchase going to Hawaii where extra shipping would be necessary) the customer is required to contact customer service within 3 business days of purchase with any questions/requests or the payment form will be automatically charged the additional value.

Order Cancellations: Any order cancellations after payment has been made are subject to a minimum of a $3.50 processing fee.

Credit Card Charge backs: If we received a charge back on your credit card purchase, you will be fully responsible for and charged a $50 administrative fee per occurrence.

Delinquent Payments: If your account is delinquent and is turned over to a collection agency, you are responsible all fees involved including but not limited to collection, administrative, and legal fees.

Processed for Shipment: If item has already been processed for shipment, cancellation is not possible and you will need to receive product and then contact us for a RMA and return instructions.

Clearance Items: Any clearance merchandise is nonrefundable. If a customer sends a clearance merchandise item to our Returns Department for a return or exchange, it will be returned to the customer at their expense or forfeited.

Return of Items Purchased With Gift Card/eGift Card/Gift Certificate: If you purchased or received a gift card, any returns will be subject to all conditional requirements above and any refunds will be issued in merchandise credit. Gift cards or certificates hold no cash value and are for product/merchandise purchases only and are nonrefundable. If you receive a free gift card or free merchandise from the purchase of multiple qualifying items, purchases made with those cards or the free merchandise are generally nonrefundable and any returns may be forfeited. Please contact customer service with any questions.

Items that are discounted or free due to a promotional sale or manufacturer offerings may be nonrefundable. Please contact customer service with any questions prior to purchase.

Alternately, if purchasing an item that makes you eligible for a discount on other merchandise, the amount of the discount will be deducted from the return value of the item unless you return that other merchandise as well.


For example:

-You purchase a backpack for $50 and receive a free $10 gift card. If you return the backpack, $10 will be deducted from the refund amount and your refund amount will be $40 unless you return the free gift card unused. If you do return the free gift card, your return value will be $50.

-You purchase a tent for $150 and receive a free tarp valued at $25. If you subsequently return the tent, $25 will be deducted from the refund amount and your refund will be $125 unless you return the tarp new and unused. If you do return the tarp unused, your return value will be $150.

-You take advantage of an offer to "buy $100 worth of camping supplies and receive a free $10 gift card." You buy 10 items for $10 each, totaling $100. If you return one of those items without the free gift card, the amount of your refund will be $9 unless you return the free gift card unused.

-If you purchase a tent for $150 and buy a tarp for 50% off of a $20 regular retail price (such that you pay $10 for the tarp) and you return the tent, your return amount will be $140 unless you also return the tarp. If you return the tarp as well, your return value will be $160.

Also if you partially purchase an item with a gift card any return of the item will have the gift card percent deducted and reissued as merchandise credit.

Restocking fees and actual shipping charges may apply on any return.

Return of Items from Gift Registry: If you received items from your gift registry, any returns will be subject to all conditional requirements above and any refunds will be issued in the form of merchandise credit. The return will be given credit for the lowest promotional price within the last 30 days.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective on arrival, immediately contact customer service by email. Our customer service team will provide you shipping instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) or contact information for claims to the manufacturer.

When an item is returned to us, once we receive the item and have validated the damage/defect, you will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes and reasonable shipping costs incurred. Depending on the item, refunds will then be issued in either the original form of payment used to purchase the item or in a gift card/merchandise credit balance. Please note that in order to receive a refund for any shipping cost for the item, you must contact our customer service team and obtain a RMA number before returning the item to us, and we must be able to validate the damage/defect.

Shipping: Not all items are available to ship through all carriers.

Shipping Returns: On any return shipment, please use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please request delivery confirmation and if necessary insurance. We are not liable or responsible for any items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.

Return Addresses: Products may be returned to different return locations. Make sure to contact customer service for the correct location to mail a return. If an item is mailed to an incorrect return location you risk a delay in processing or possible forfeiture. Be diligent and take care in returning your items. Any item received outside of our return policy time frame will be returned to you at your expense without credit or forfeited at our sole discretion. If a manufacturer’s policy or warranty applies to your item, you will need to contact them directly.

Back Orders: Any items that you order that becomes out of stock or back ordered before fulfillment, will be treated as back order items and we will alert you with an estimated delivery date. Some vendors also do not indicate stocked status and they may have items out of stock, have special handling times, or are back ordered. 

Out of stock: Items that are no longer available from the manufacturer before fulfillment of an order will be automatically removed from your cart or refunded.

Warranties: Many of products that are sold on our website(s) come with a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, you may contact the manufacturer directly.

Taxes and Duties: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item(s) price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Laws, Regulations, & Customs: Buyers are solely liable and responsible to obey any laws, regulations, or standards that are associated with the purchase/import of the item(s) they purchase. Our company cannot be held liable for any purchases held or confiscated by law enforcement or customs.

Enrolling and Cancellations of Monthly Gift Programs: Enrolling into the monthly gift program authorizes a monthly charge for selected or substituted products until canceled. If an item is not available to fulfill an order a replacement chosen at our discretion of equal value will be sent.

Any cancellation requests for the program that fall within 5 business days of the item being shipped will be processed after that current fulfillment.

Early Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, any requests to cancel the order before it is shipped will result in a refund minus 15% of purchase for administration fees.
